there are two trains of thought on this. One is that the share price will be held down to allow the cap raising to be done to the advantage of those lucky enough to participate, on the other hand and what I believe is that it serves no purpose for the company to issue many shares at a low price and dilute too much. I think the sp will be much higher than current levels when cr done. I hold so I'm biased.
