I'd hate to see Nick Curtis go the way of Jodee Rich.

That can't be good for him, the company, or its shareholders.

He's been a go-getter and I would go so far as to say, singlehandedly responsible for making Lynas a force to be reckoned with.

It's best to come clean now and reward shareholders equally, before it's too late.

Management would be better served, as all of us would be better served, if the focus was invested solely on making Lynas a perpetual, and powerful, money-making enterprise.

Unhappily, the camera's lens can sometimes display a negative view on whatever it makes the focus of its gaze.

Case in point, Nick Curtis.
