    I wouldnt be concerned at all, the presentation says due diligence is to be completed by end of April. With Easter you can bet they will not complete the DD before this, so another week. Then they will announce that DD is complete and send out a notice of EGM probably in first week of May for meeting to be held in early June.
    The volume has been very good, so fund managers continue to buy in support of this deal.
