As per the notice of meeting:

Mr Michael Pope, B. Eng (Mech.), B. Com (Corp. Finance Inv. Finance), Grad Cert (Oil and Gas).

Mr Pope has broad experience in the upstream oil and gas industry, primarily in well design and construction. Throughout his career he has held positions with industry leading oil and gas operators, service providers and drilling contractors including Chevron, Halliburton and Atwood Oceanics. Mr Pope is currently the principal Well Construction Engineer for the multi-billion dollar Ichthys LNG Project operated by INPEX.

Mr Pope has expertise in well construction from platform, jack-up, floating and land based rigs as well as well interventions and well work-over operations. If elected, Mr Pope will augment the skills and experience of the current board in well engineering and operations, a skill set witch is ever more critical given the company?s stated ambition to drill five exploration wells prior to May 2012.

If elected Mr Pope will waive directors fees for the first year of service as a director.

Mr Pope has been a shareholder of the Company since 2005.
