Re the comments concerning the voting for the three candidates...
I do not like the inference of the last sentence "The Chairman can call a poll on the election of Directors"...is it possible (under the Boards constitution?) that even if p1K gets more votes than Perez, the Chairman can take a poll (amongst whom - the other Directors??) on who they want in the job?
Anybody got a handle on the ramifications of the Chairmans right of poll?
