US$50mil (as per 21/3/2011).
Pretty much all conversions locked in at above parity. So we did well. If we miss out on an extra few percent its no biggy.
I actually spoke to the company last week. They mention we still have an option to acquire 100%. I would certainly stay away from that until the minority interest issue is resolved. Right now we are basically protected from that side issue.
Going by that, I suspect the government arent interested in being partners. But hopefully they are still onside.
