1- is your board assesment criteria adequate?

2- did your most recent new board member meet it (Andrew Edwards...

My assessment, I don't think that Andrew Edwards meets many of them (former PWC accountant), they say they want candidates thatmeet "most if not all"...

- Demonstrated strategic planning skills - Probably??
- Senior executive and leadership experience in the energy sector - No
- Non Executive director experience in the energy sector - No (maybe Mermaid but he was appointed to mermaid after NDO)
- Broad operational experience - No
- Capital market networks - I doubt it from an accounting background
- Asian energy networks - as above...

Anyway, in the hands of the shareholders now ;-)
