2. SPP record date - check the last page of ASX Listing Rules, Appendix 7A "Timetables". Record date is the day before announcement of the SPP.
Correct but I note in the ANN HOG "intend" to offer a SPP - so technically the haven't announced the SPP only an intention to do so hence the record date may still be in the future?
