Maybe you should ring Hartleys Stock Brokers in Perth and ask them if all their clients, including the ones that took some time to make up their minds, got all their entitlements. If as I suspect they say yes then you have also like probably hundreds or even thousands of others learned a valuable lesson. It pays to have a good broker.
