bright future ahead for lyc

For those who have been looking at LYC for an investment there is a bright future ahead. Lyc did there BFS on basket price of $15 it is currently $160 with no signs of slowing down. We have just secured Japanese go funding to expand our production to 22000 tones per year.

Jpmorgan have valued us at $2.70 with a basket price of $35 and the assumption the Japanes deal would fall through. As you can see there is huge upside potential there and they have only recently upgraded molycorp based on the increase in ree prices. An upgrade is well overdue IMO. We have more than enough cash in the bank to get LYC cash flow positive. With first mover advantage and the returns look to be astonishing. Risks such as the Malaysian plant have been well and truly factored in to the current price and indications that the Japanes conducted extensive due diligence before they arranged finance has exhausted any concerns in regards toMalaysia IMO

We have basically already sold out most of the ree we will be processing at market rates with only a small percentage locked in at amuch lower price.

You will hear a lot of emotive posts in regards to the crown saga but there are pleanty of other threads where you can read upon this. Wither without Crown LYC is going to be huge. Due to the fact that we are still not in production yet LYC is still a roller coaster ride and it seems the shorts and instos love shaking the tree to get there hand on more of your shares as we get closer and closer to production.

Hopefully some of the mathematicians amongst us can post some earning guidence based onthecosts and current ree pricing.
