Disagree. Information I have was jp expected the jap deal to fall through but would arrange alternate funding. Also disagree that ree will come down that much. Not in the next 10 years. The us gov only came out last week with plans to create a strategic stockpile. No excess for many years with current demand and need to rebuild depleted stockpiles. While checking facts look into the pilot testing lyc has done as I have read a lot of posts from you saying they havnt.
