on the contrary, all of the posts are an incentive to invest - it shows that the smaller shareholders of your company are not fools, and that there is a fighting chance that crown etc may not vanish from their grasp in a cloud of hocus pocus smokus.

perhaps shareholders should seriously consider that NC and any other conficted-interest associates should leave the company, as one could be forgiven for thinking that this is, to a fair degree, an act of treason.

so is this the benchmark for companies registered on the ASX - become the CEO of a company, start up another shell, make sure you are a major shareholder of it, seriously devalue some potentially excellent assets and label them as "non-core" then sell them to yourself for a relative pittance.

ant frg capital raising should be offered to non lynas holders only and the lynas holders should be given free shares in frg based on their current holding and extra ones to make up for the dilutionary effect of any director's "performance" shares.
