After feeling the pressure from my 14y/o daughter, I thought I'd better do the right thing and go meat free for Good Friday. This slab kicked butt due to the added Jalapeno peppers and the nasty kalamata olives stuffed with whole chilli peppers. Those long peppers you can see in the pic were actually speared through the poor old olives in the jar. Some Tasmanian fetta, and home grown cherry tomatoes and oregano to finish it off. The pain has just begun.
