    three q's
    1- is IVA still interested in EXS' exploration ground holdings??
    2- is the dividend to be franked ?
    3- what are the thoughts on the SP after the cash back??

    The franked or not issue is rather significant from y taxation point of view.
    Any thoughts would be appreciated.
