What else to do on a good friday evening when most places are closed due to religious values, no better time than to invest some more time to some well needed research- potash is the thing that initially attracted me to this coy, not to mention their extensive ground in mineral rich mongolia, but must admit that the follwoing link ive attatched below is something very encouraging which is a must for newbies and those sitting on the fence nulling over wheather GMM is undervalued at its current shareprice of 19.5 cnts a share -
just keep in mind that this share wont need anything short of spectacular to get the shareprice rallying hard as its very tight capital structure will mean a real squeeze will be on from would be investors trying to obtain a piece of the GMM story- note that of the 63 million total issued capital in GMM, only some 47 million securities are currently quoted- particular notice should be noted that the follwing are held by company personnel and galaxy resources meaning that substabntially less is available on market on any positive announcements in the short term -
Latest Shareholder notices are as follows;
Christopher Wanless - 500,000 Shares Held
Robert Wanless - 770,000 Shares Held
C Wanless+R Wanless jointly held in Quaalup Investements- 3,800,000 Shares Held
Craig Redhead- 1,593,227 Shares Held
Michael Wright- 2,516,417 Shares Held
Galaxy Resources- 5,000,000 Shares Held
Therefore, to put it into perspective, of the 47, 902, 234 quoted securities on the asx at present - 14,179,644 shares are currently directly or indirectly held by GMM personnel and galaxy resources, meaning that only 33,722,590 shares are available on market to be traded in GMM with the listed groups above holding just shy of 30% of total quoted securities on the asx -please correct me if my calcualtions are out but if ive got it right you really have to ask yourself if GMM's current shareprice of 19.5 cnts at present with a market cap of approx $9 million is fair value for a company with so much upside with key drilling happening very soon-
I rarely like to clog up threads with comparisons of other companies, nor will I be doing the same here with the following example, but I pose the question of imagine how quickly GMM can rise from here on good results from their multiple targets from such a tigher share registry when TRH was able to pull off a 70% rise with 45 million shares also on issue only on an announcement of an acquisition of a potential company making potash discovery -
Nothing in the financial markets or mineral exploration business is a certainty, but what I must admit that gets me excited about GMM is that should they fail on one exploration tenement, they have tenements in different commodities- all key commodities with robust and economical growth drivers. Although the announcements may be a tad slow in coming through with this coy- rest assured that if you save your seat holding a stake in this company, I do feel that you will eventually be rewarded when positive results do come through because it will be very hard to get a seat onboard this company at its current levels should positive drill results be able to transform this into a real company with substantial JORC compliant assets -
the link as advised above- very encouraging hematite iron mineralisation could help GMM prior to potash drilling -
