occam, its my understanding that Stanwell has their foot on the entire ATP626 permit until such time as they get the reserves they agreed upon.
ie if Stanwell cannot get their required reserves from the LYDIA block, they have the right to go search in the rest of ATP626.
i think thats why RJ has indicated that 626 will not be the source of the gas required for the GSA.
I think basically 626 is quarantined until Stanwells requirements are met.
