TM, I am pleased to see that your grasp of English has suddenly improved however, with respect, your analysis of the deal has missed the point on a number of ways, the main error being the acceptance of the Heemskirk valuation which I suspect has not been undertaken to internationally accepted standards by well recognised and respected consultant.
Frankly $800k is a ridiculous price for Heemskirk however putting this personal opinion aside, why has the GIP BoD proceeded with what appears to be indecent haste failing to wait for the completion of the coming Stellar Heemskirk Scoping Study?
Secondly, GIP has stated that the IPO will be underwritten which indicates they already know who will do the underwriting - so why has the name of the underwriter not been disclosed to the market?
