"In terms of maxwells ore, there is no point in ripping into maxwells with your airleg crews and cleaning that out, then having to wait 6 weeks with no ore to process while you develop towards kennys for example. Its about continuity of production.

Think something like this

Process the Stockpile for the next few weeks
Drive to Kennys
Get burns ready
When the stockpile is finished haul and stope maxwells
Then move straight to kenny's/Burns ensuring no delays in production.
You get the idea...."

Logical thing for the purpose of establishing best cash flow would be to mill the highest grade ore available.

The remaing stockpile could always be returned to in any lean times of new supply of ore.

Of course they need to be happy with mill operation first,
but I cant see the need to spend 3 mths making wages while the alternative of kicking goals waits.

I am also disappointed with the lack of objectivity from the cheer squad ... top post ???

The best thing for MCO would be to get serious output, ie, troy ounces au, in quick time.
