It's always prudent to look at negatives even if you hold a stock. In fact, better to look very carefully into the negatives of a stock. I have no opinion on whether SDL is cheap or expensive. I do not follow it closely enough to form an opinion now.
I own a substantial amount of shares in an oil and gas explorer and in the past have been highly critical of management on this forum and I continue to post plenty of negatives on the same stock on another forum. You see, what anyone posts here or on share forums in general, will not move the share price of a company with a market cap of $100M let alone $1 billion.
My sentiment for SDL is none and I do not hold.
