"NC sold major portion of his LYC holdings at an average price that is less than $2. I believe he has LYC shares indirectly.

So there is not much upward gain for him personally so why should he listen. That is the reason we have a vote to make him and his side kicks feel the pain that will translate into higher value for the company."

Those indirectly held share are still effectively owned by NC.

According to the last notice, he holds 1,112,519 shares directly and 45,933,239 indirectly (including 31 million incentive options).

Lets say 47 million shares all up.

Being extremely conservative, those shares should be valued at $6 each some time within the next 12 months, giving NC a net worth in LYC shares of about $300 million dollars. If he put his full focus into LYC, including talk of a phase 3 using Crown product, I don't see any reason why those shares wouldn't be worth $10 within 18 months giving him a net worth of nearly 500 million. (I actually think more but let's be conservative.)

Even today his net worth in LYC stock is around 100 million.

So it seems throwing his entire effort behind LYC in order to achieve $500 million net worth is simply nowhere near enough for Nick. He clearly has ambitions of reaching or exceeding his buddy Twiggy Forrest on the BRW rich list at the expense of other LYC shareholders.

I can't see any other explanation for his behaviour.
