" Any shareholders will now have an equal opportunity to buy their full entitlement, without risking/suffering any dilution to their % holding value."
Whoopps,
I made a little error there in saying that individual investors will not run the risk of some dilution. For, as the spp is not applied to the % holdings of an individual investor, but on an amount equal to a maximum of $15,000 dollars per each investor, it could create a little dilution for some that hold a large amount of shares, while it would be better for the ones that are not holding as many.
All in all, it is still all good for us. Especially when no instos have been given the opportunity to buy in on the cheap.
