Hi folks
Its not so much what the share price will do as at this stage in the game for those of us with a longer view, its probably a little irrelevant.
The share price will be dependant on the news coming out of PLV leading up to or immediately following the SPP.
With only several days of trading until May there is a lot to release from the company.
Yes some will (or have already....) sold down in anticipation of getting there SPP quota.
It doesn't really matter. The $$ raising isn't that much in the scheme of things.
2011 has been a series of delays and disappointments for PLV...imo.. the expected information and results haven't quite happened the way 'most here' would have liked or hoped.
That said, the SPP is an opportunity for ALL shareholders just like the 57 cent placement was an opportunity for sophisticated investors.
So on that front PLV have given shareholders a good opportunity to get some more shares at what appears to be a good price.
If PLV delivers the goods...and it should, the SPP is going to look mighty good in the not too distant future.
