GFM, which of Slats' assertions are Wrong????
His salary for 2010 was $297,654. Personally, I think that is a lot of money - without adding in the value of his options of $599,673.
Whether he stays at the Four Seasons hotel as alleged or not, his accommodation and medical cover for 2010 came to $198,489, which is pretty close to the rates for the hotel.
He has no direct responsibility for the strategic direction or operational management of the company.
Slats' questions seem valid.
