EER mention that their coal is of "lower rank" as opposed to Newcastle export quality coal. They also mention that the price gap is narrowing between the two due to increased demand for the "lower rank" stuff.
Does anyone know what price per tonne EER will get for their coal? I've heard another poster for another thread saying that its ~$40 per tonne.
If someone can point out quantitively what the properties of lower rank coal is (ash content, kcal, etc), that would also be appreciated.
