The bigger question revolves around the production, market and PPY IP.
It seems that Beleaf and GreenBlade/Hayot are both still active in marketing in Europe. There is no mention of PPY in any of their material and PPY no longer talks about these JV partners or any infringement of its valuable IP.
Green Blade say their material is hand made although it looks like the earlier PPY and Beleaf samples....it would be difficult to tell the difference.
As usual, we are all in the dark.
