Whether I personally put out that kind of commitment or a number of investors do so collectively the end result is the same.

I can only assume that ignoring the statement signals that it has no credence.

If however it were to be later revealed that there was credibility to it then AVQ should have a case to answer.

I will have to measure my further involvement based on early SP and volumes.
