re: gbs is out - no they arent! True GBS sold out but they only got rid of part of their holding. they are still sitting on over 6m shares. so too is Aust Bioscience.
It makes sense for them to take some profit considering they probably got in pre-IPO at 10 cents a share.
wilsons had a problem in that their clients wanted to buy shares but because of lack of liquidity they couldnt get set. wilsons was the match-maker that made it happen.
as for brigitte smith she is just looking out for both their interests. read it properly and you'll see she isnt leaving the company at all. she is the "science-geeks" representative on the Board it would seem.
this one's got a long way to run yet. last week's investor presentations went over very well with insto investors.
wilsons wouldn't have put $2.13 valuation on it and be flogging it to their clients if it was rubbish.
