re: Ann: Sino Gas secures A$29.4m Funding to ... There is little reason to be fretting over SpringTree dumping shares on market to manipulate prices.

Firstly SpringTree are a long term investor not a short term trader.

Secondly most SpringTree contracts have a sale restriction clause of 10% per day.I am not aware if SEH has one but assume they would.This means that on todays trading where 300,000 shares have been sold SpringTree would be able to sell a maximum of 30,000.

ASX energy companys ie Linc and Buccaneer have not had


any dramas with SpringTree that I am aware of.

LNC is up about 90% & BCC about 50% since linking with SpringTree some 12 months ago. At one stage BCC was up over 100%.

Buccaneer have recently terminated their convertible loan funding facility. SringTree did not charge an early termination fee and have invested a further $2,500,000 in BCC.

BCC released a statement to the ASX " The funding provided by SpringTree has proved invaluableto BCC and its development over the past 12 mths the funding has underpinned the Companys entry into Alaska thus providing the opportunity for significant growth"

If SpringTree can do what they have done for LNC & BCC and get SEH well into the development stage with a 50/90% kick in the SP over the next 12 mths we should all be happy.
SpringTree has only invested in 1 other ASX energy play that I know of prior to Seh the that being Solimar so I would regard that as a positive rather than a negative.

I doubt SpringTree use the hatpin method to select their plays.

Peter Bond CEO of LINC has also spoken in favourable terms on his involvement with SpringTime describing them as offering good terms which are very user friendly.
