I share your concerns, as a long term holder, I am sick of waiting. Something's strange with Senegal, we have photo's of management meeting with the senegal government, and still no decree? I have travelled Africa, I have a good idea how these Governments work, for them - getting a decree signed, is a walk in the park, they don't have as much red tape as we do. However, I still think unofficially that this might be strategic, I have a feeling that this is tied into the KORA well, I don't know how, I don't know why, it's just a feeling I get. I have heard rumours though, i'll keep you all posted.
