Well, to me, all it really implies is that it is hooked up! And yet the announcement tries to imply that the test has come in at 5mmcfpd - but they do not state WHEN the test was done, which they could have done very easily and they would have done it very willingly as they know it would please the market to hear it. But no, they just imply it for what i see as a very good reason - IMO its innuendo, on the grounds that it is not actual or current flow rates.
