None of the following is intended to show that the resource IS 100Moz - just that there are reasons to believe it may reach that.

The 14 July 2004 announcement had a total resource, measured, indicated and inferred of 56Moz Ag eq., covering Twin Hills, Mt Gunyan, Silver Spur and Silver Spur slag heaps.

Since then, there have been several drilling updates for Mt Gunyan, notably 25/9/7, 13/11/7 and 16/1/8;

Sporadic results at Tuliambi and Kemps (both near Twin Hills);

Many high grade results from Tally Ho.

Silver has also increased in price significantly since all those results, reducing the cut off level and increasing the economically mineable ore.

Therefore it is quite feasible that the total resource of AYN will eventually reach 100Moz. Plus there are some tenements still not included.
