tciboss,I gather alot of different info from different sources,and I get sent heaps of info from different reports and I know a few people in banking,so I'm not guessing.A lot of FHB HAD NO OR VERY SMALL DEPOSITS.Why do you think some banks and lenders were willing to give 95% to 100% loans.If they didnt do ,they wouldnt have any businessThey know a lot of people had no savings.Some people only scraped in because the GOV gave them some money.People are living on the edge,and in debt over their heads.At the end of the day we have a different view on where the property market is going,so best to leave it there.What real estate agent do you work for?lol
