i have gone thru a few big downturns in market sir starting from 1987 and of course one we just had and i am sill here....so dont attack me sir and please think what you are saying and may i ask how long you have been in the market sir....if we had a consolidation sir i can gtee you that the value of your money will devalue initally before
it eventully gets better ....but dont take my word for it do some reseearch and you will find that 95 % of consoldtions see your money devalue..the only one i have come across in recent history that bucked that trend is EXT and even that company dropped frm approx $1.00 to 50 cents before it went on its stellar run in early 2009 to where it is here....imo your example that you put up is to put it mildly is silly....imo
