good communication is everything this day and age. From what I/we have seen and witnessed they fail 100% with this and so whilst a few good things will come and go QMN will never be what it could be until this is changed with a new board that understand the importance of transparency and communication.
The clear as mud approach might have worked in the 70's and 80's, and im talking both the years and their ages!!
