Thats fine i am happy to celebrate alone however i would prefer some company.

They will try to sell the mortgage book again so that they can distribute all funds by dec 2012. Apparently the last attempt was rushed, market conditions have improved, there is more awareness of the companies assets and warehouses have been rolled. So I am quite optimistic that the loan book will now be sold.
It was previously not in their interests to sell the book as well since that allowed them to offer the crappy 88c buyback.
