IDC has been doing road shows in Europe to raise money.

Why haven't they provided to the market the presentations given to institutions they have raised money through?

So the 30 cent raising was oversubscribed. It doesn't appear that way with the lack of support for the company on market. Why aren't these companies obliged to demonstrate over substription claims?

The quarterly is due and it has to say a bit more than shareholders know at the moment.

I'll take the opportunity to buy my 28 cent shares on market rather than pay 30 cents off market in the shareholder fund raiser. About time these blokes told the whole story to shareholders.
