I know TS has missed sale dates and is generally bullish on how quickly he can sell, but what do people expect him to say, that won't sell for another 2 years?

Needs to create urgency out there and if he has geniune interest, why not be optimistic.

maybe it would be better if he just says that we are aiming to sell by June if the right price comes along or else we are happy to hold and further prove up the resource.
