Back from work... this is similar to what i mentioned yesterday... Baiyon is using GDO as a buying vehicle to abtian a 50%+ stake in GDO stragecically.... At the moment we are only told GDO is to aquire Rand Uranium for 250mil and then they mention of change of control etc yet to be finilized(baiyon ofcourse)... All Biayon needs to do is fund Rand Uranium (210mil out of 250mil), they own 17% stake in GDO already, funding Rand Uranium will give them 50%+ stake.... all the pieces of the puzzle are coming together... the will control a huge gold resource and producing company and a advanced uranium project which is likley to come in production in nxt 30 months or so...
