Baiyon funding Rand (250mil) by CN or GDO shares + 75mil of GDO the own already gives them 325mil, and whats that of 650mil Autosime???? exactly 50% haha remember Baiyon didnt purchase exactly 17%, if memory is right it was a bit over, which gives them the extra 1% they need for 51% of GDO!!
Thats why 250mil was offered to Rand bcz its exactly what Baiyon needs to have 51% control over both companies....
Why did Baiyon do this?? bcz to aquire 50% of GDO, they would of needed 400mil bcz GDO is worth easliy $1.00 share on its own.. this way they get 50% control of GDO for 250mil and Rand Uranium free.....
