    Sjontour: i mentioned before i could be wrong but:

    1. Baiyon buying last trading day before this anns..

    2. Baiyons GDO stake and 250mil for Rand = 51% of GDO MC..

    3. Company stating change of control may happen...

    4. No banks is going to risk 250mil with a company with a 400mil MC, with there project being high cost..eg 1200 cash costs.... Third party involved must be involved..(Baiyon)
