I'd be disappointed if it is a placement and SPP at a "normal" discount... Surely if the company believed Tata were within 2 months of committing they'd find a way of delaying a cap raising until after Tata make their announcement so they could do it at a MUCH higher price! If it is a placement at a 15% discount, I'll be concerned that they may be aware a Tata announcement is much further away than the 2 months or less some of us (ME included) are expecting...
