At the time I commented Mike had done an excellent job to get the $26 per oz as from memory silver was trading below that ,plus the important upfront payment of $5m.
Ok so now we are blessed with ~$45+ per oz just makes Bass's remaining ~43,500,000 oz of silver more valuable.

I have also mentioned a few times I would have liked to see the gold/silver recovery project started earlier and given more attention.Of course in balancing available funds it simply was not possible.Que river and fossey have and will produce cashflow faster and cheaper with low risk enabling the gold circuit to now become an affordable priority project.
