    Silsol...If they drop NG there would have to be a trade off somewhere and I would guess they would have to drop CGT on the property sold. Bring that scenario on I say..

    Personally I don't think it will happen.

    Interesting in NZ they dropped depreciation on investment properties but they dont pay CGT on property or shares.
