There has been no secret of the probable timing for the TSX listing - check the ASX announcements, they anticipated end March, IMO this will now be very early April.
To all those thinking about the majors and their dwindling reserves and possible takeovers etc.
In OZ today companies are committed to spend A$10 Billion less dollars on exploration for Oil, Gas and various minerals than they did 15 years ago. (Chamber of mines and industry) takeovers are a much cheaper way of building reserves than the alternate, for the most part anyway.
Hardly surprising that the likes of MTO, OXR, OPL, TIR, NDO are all mentioned in this regard from time to time, and considering that Morgan's are a big buyer of MTO today, this could lead to yet more speculation as to who is building a position.
