Still all scrating your heads as to why the stock price is falling?
Try looking at the announcements. Yesterday it was disclosed 26m options were exercised at 6.875 cents.
So right now we are seeing dilutuion plus some selling.
If I was in the position of having a stack of options exercisable at 6.875cents I'd take out a loan to exercise them and start selling enough to cover the loan.
Right now we are probably seeing this type of selling, it's not to say the seller may dislike the stock.
