I kept re-reading the speeding ticket of 31/03/2011. As you can see, management at the time already alluding to possible acquisition and takeover. Then in yesterday's announcement of the acquisition, they were mindful enough to remind us of the takeover activity which is still on-going. I am of the strong opinion that the two activities are linked. Whether it ultimately involved the Chinese or not, this material acquisition has to happen for the takeover of GDO to happen. Only time will tell.
