Ahh matt always good for a laugh your posts! I love the way you make up the pain on the vendors faces peering through the curtains. You must be busy going from Auction to Auction to see this. but I think its the property thread this might be better suited to the Humour thread. Because I don't know about you but if I am selling or buying while I might have a wish price I hope for. But I hope I have done enough research to place a realistic selling figure what ever the market. They way you have talked about Vendors is you assume there all stupid and I doubt that is the case.
