If this correct tignmeg then it is exactly what I have been saying is needed before any credible stand could be taken by investors and it is great news.

I have had a firm stance up until now of sell and maybe move back in later however given the info in your post I may have to delay selling the balance of my holding.

Perhaps this mess will work out after all. :)
