remember when someone says silver might go to 1000 an ounce they are talking hyperinflation, meaning bread milk will be 10 dollars a loaf and a litre for moo, thats the wealth preservation aspect of precious metals. even in a deflationary enviroment silvar and gold can still go up but not the same as an inflationery enviroment, this is basic sort of thinking but at the end of the day its not rocket science as fund managers would have you believe, GW
