Ummm ... they have say 150 million shares on issue so say 33 cents on that basis.
Although larger competitors are on lower EBITDA sp 6 times would be around 29 cents.
For a stock this size discounts are not uncommon. Partly depends on how highly the market will rate any growth potential. From the base EBITDA there is 20%+ uplift from savings over 18 to 24 months before any organic growth. I say 24 months as they have stated the savings will be achieved over 18 months. Hence at least some of them won't impact finanicials for 2 years.
Needless, 2012 will be a goog growth year.
